Pawns are beings that strongly resemble higher intelligence lifeforms though with some key exceptions.
While they have their own distinct personalities, pawns have no will of their own. As they have no will, a pawn will simply mill about unless they are commanded otherwise by an Arisen. Only an Arisen can control a pawn, all other attempts to order them prove to be fruitless.
Pawns are immune to disease, do not need to eat or sleep, and cannot die. If they are killed, the can simply be summoned again at a Riftstone.
